3. Pick three priorities. For the quarter. Each one gets an owner and a date.
4. Track five numbers. A weekly scorecard, kept in your systems.
5. Run it, then hand it off. Less of me each month, until someone on your side owns it.

About Marian
I spent a decade in corporate sales and consulting. I have an MBA.
In 2012 I started a photography business on the side. In 2020 I went full-time. Today I own three businesses in DFW: The Marian Method, plus two photography studios, Icon By M and Bare By M.
Running my own companies is where I built and tested everything I now do for clients. I know what it’s like to be the owner, the salesperson, and the person who forgot to follow up.
Now I do that work for other owners, part-time, as their marketing director.
