What is The Marian Method?
Private business coaching and consulting for women who have already built something real. We work on mindset, systems, and sales strategy together. The goal is a business that actually fits your life, not one that runs you into the ground.
Who is this for?
Women who are past the “figuring it out” stage. You have a business, a client base, revenue. What is missing is the systems and the confidence to charge and show up like you mean it. This is not a program for someone starting from zero.
How much does coaching cost?
Typical investment runs around $1,500 a month. Exact scope depends on what you need, so the real number gets set during the application process.
How does the application process work?
You apply first. Marian reviews every application personally and reaches out to talk through fit before anything is booked. This is not a checkout page. It is a conversation.
What happens during a coaching engagement?
Sessions cover your business systems, your sales process, and the mindset work underneath both. Marian has been running her own businesses since 2012, so the strategy comes from direct experience, not theory.
How long does a coaching engagement last?
Engagements are ongoing on a monthly basis. Length depends on what you are working through. Some women stay a few months, some stay longer.
What is Seen & Ready, and how is it different from coaching?
Seen & Ready is a self-guided digital system for $97. It covers mindset and positioning at your own pace, without the private coaching relationship. It is the right starting point if you are not ready for 1:1 work yet, or want to try the framework first.
Who is Marian Diop?
Marian is a business coach, consultant, and photographer based in Dallas-Fort Worth. She has been building businesses since 2012 and went full-time in 2020, with no business partner and three kids watching her figure it out. MBA. Over fifteen years in photography. A decade in corporate sales and consulting before she built her own companies. She is also the founder of Icon By M and Bare By M.
Does Marian work with clients outside DFW?
Coaching clients can be anywhere. The DFW roots are part of Marian’s story, not a limit on who she works with.
What is the difference between The Marian Method, Icon By M, and Bare By M?
The Marian Method is business coaching and consulting. Icon By M is executive headshots and corporate branding photography. Bare By M is boudoir photography. All three are run by Marian, and many clients work with more than one.
